RJ has been a Real Estate Broker since 2013. For more than a decade, he has served the North Luzon real estate market. A graduate of UP Diliman with a degree in Business Administration, he currently manages the company from real estate development, brokerage, and construction. 

Marga has a degree in architecture from the University of Santo Tomas and has been practicing since 2007. Having been trained in several design firms in Makati and Baguio. She is currently overseeing the design team as a general architect for Aryaland.

Engr 'Ronald' Armas has been a civil engineer since 20.

Roselyn is a teacher graduate majoring in mathematics. She is a payroll officer at Arya land Inc. for three years. Roselyn has been responsible for managing payroll and benefits for employees. Although she is a teacher by Profession, she enjoys her job.

Camille is an architecture graduate from the University of the Philippines Diliman. She began her career in architecture in 2021, aiding in a few residential projects with her college associates. As part of the company's design team, she makes 3D and 2D visualizations for project presentations, as well as contract drawings. She also participates in additional project-related tasks like site inspection, quoting, and purchasing.

Venus is a career-oriented Architect and Master Plumber who has diverse knowledge in the fields of architecture, building engineering, and construction. A graduate of Saint Louis University with a bachelor's degree in architecture. She currently holds the position of designing and drafting various residential projects in the company.

Stephen is a Civil Engineer and a Safety Officer 2 since 2021 and 2022, respectively.  A noble alumnus of Saint Louis University with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.  As a Structural Designer and a Project Supervisor at Arya Land Inc., he strives for perfection in analyzing complex structures to make dreams better than in the past.

In addition of being a Licensed Civil Engineer, Aris is a Safety Officer 2. A graduate of Saint Louis University with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 
He's in the position of providing structural analyses and structural plans of both residential and commercial buildings, creating Quotations of different projects and on-site supervision of projects.

Completed his Architecture degree in National College of Science and Technology, Dasmarinas, Cavite. He is a topnotcher in June 2022 Architecture board exam. He started his career at Aryaland Inc. as a Junior Architect. Believer in the power of design to make a positive impact on the world. 

A zealous and highly creative architectural designer and land-use design planner with a demonstrated history of working in both industries. An undergraduate of the University of Baguio - School of Engineering and Architecture. He is currently a Junior Draftsman actively involved in the design process from concept to completion.

Melissa is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology. Working as a documentation assistant that is in charge of requesting documents for permits, creating quotations for various projects, filing service order forms and other documents.

Jamie is a graduate of Saint Louis University, where she earned her degree in Communication. She currently works as the Marketing Assistant for Arya Land Inc. Jamie is responsible for managing the company’s social media accounts and websites.
